Cynthia Spillman
Cynthia Spillman is the IDA’s Chief Executive and also runs its UK operation. She is also Chief Executive of Dinner Dates, the UK’s most established social networking club for professional single people. Cynthia was trained by world dating authority and best-selling author, Rachel Greenwald. Cynthia writes a regular column for “Single Living” and has been featured on radio, TV and in print for the last 25 years. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge and has a background in psychology, training and group facilitation. Cynthia is married to her third husband, Peter, and is based in West London. Her heartfelt personal motto is “live life – love life.”

Bela GandhiBela Gandhi is the Founder and President of the Smart Dating Academy in Chicago, the USA partner of the IDA. She is an extremely experienced dating coach. Rachel Greenwald
Rachel is the NY Times bestselling author of 2 books. She is a renowned dating coach and match maker and is responsible for more than 750 marriages. Rachel has appeared on hundreds of TV and radio shows. In addition to her MBA degree from Harvard Business School, Rachel has a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College and an M.Ed degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education.

She appears regularly as expert contributor on singles’ issues. A graduate of the University of Colorado. Christie has an MA in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Behavioural Genetics.

Paul is the matchmaker featured in the “Lovetown, USA” on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network. In the last 3 years, he has become internationally recognised as one of the most successful matchmakers and relationship coaches. Paul has served over 267 clients directly and collectively through live events and social media and has matched over 3,000 people on dates. Paul holds an MBA from Georgetown University.
